Starting with Us

You do not need to have everything worked out before you reach out. Most participants contact us with a rough idea of what they need, and we figure out the exact details together.

  • Step 1 — Get in Touch: Call us, send an email, or complete our online referral form. Tell us as much or as little about your current situation as you like.
  • Step 2 — Free Intake Conversation: We discuss your goals, review your NDIS plan, and look at your funding options. If we are not the right provider for your specific needs, we will tell you upfront and point you toward someone who is.
  • Step 3 — Support Plan & Service Agreement: We write up clear, plain-language details outlining what supports we will provide, when they will occur, and the exact costs. Nothing begins until you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the document.
  • Step 4 — Meet Your Workers: You meet your matched support workers before any service begins. If the match does not feel right for any reason, let us know and we will assign a different worker.
  • Step 5 — Supports Begin & Ongoing Check-Ins: Your supports start smoothly, and we conduct regular check-ins to adjust your schedules or services as your goals and living circumstances change.

Am I Eligible?

You can access our support services if you have an active NDIS plan with funding allocated for the specific services you require.

Management Type How We Work With You
NDIA-Managed (Agency) We invoice the NDIA directly for all approved supports.
Plan-Managed We send invoices directly to your nominated Plan Manager for payment processing.
Self-Managed We issue clear invoices directly to you to claim via the NDIS portal.

If you do not have an approved NDIS plan yet, or if you are unsure whether your current funding covers our services, reach out to us anyway. Our team will guide you through the process and direct you to the appropriate assessment resources.

Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, supports begin within 1 to 2 weeks of our initial intake conversation. The timeline depends on how quickly your service agreement is finalized and any specific worker-matching requirements you request.

Yes. We match support workers based on your specific daily needs, personality, cultural background, and personal preferences. You meet the worker before supports start, and you can request a worker change at any time.

Tell us immediately. You can raise any concern directly with your support worker, your Support Coordinator, or through our formal feedback and complaints process. We investigate and respond to every complaint, providing clear updates on how we are resolving the issue.

You can also lodge a complaint directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission by calling 1800 035 544 at any time—you are not required to raise concerns with us first.

The NDIS can fund home cleaning and yard maintenance when your disability prevents you from completing those tasks safely or independently. Funding comes from your Core Supports budget under Assistance with Daily Life.

What is covered: Standard cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, lawn mowing, edge trimming, and basic yard maintenance.

What is not covered: Materials (plants, soil, fertilizer, tools), major landscaping, building new garden beds, or pool maintenance.

A standard residential relocation is considered an everyday living expense. However, if your move is directly linked to your disability requirements—such as transitioning into Supported Independent Living (SIL), moving to accessible housing, or relocating closer to core supports—the NDIS may fund packing, transport, and settling-in support. Contact your Support Coordinator or NDIS Planner early, and bring a formal written quote. We provide itemized quotes tailored for plan funding approval.

Yes, but you are never required to do so. If we handle your Support Coordination, we maintain strict independence: your coordinator will present unbiased choices from third-party providers alongside our own. You are under no obligation to use our direct support services, and you can change providers at any time.

Depending on capacity and worker availability, we can often extend our service coverage across broader Melbourne regions. Contact our intake team to verify coverage in your area; if we cannot assist directly, we will connect you with a provider who can.

All pricing adheres strictly to the rates outlined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Your service agreement details every line item and unit cost clearly before supports commence, ensuring complete budget transparency.

Yes. As your personal goals, health requirements, or living arrangements evolve, your supports should adapt accordingly. We conduct regular reviews and can modify your schedules, service hours, or support types whenever you request a change.
